Royal Family LIVE: Prince Harry’s ‘deepest upset’ over rift with Prince William exposed
One royal expert has claimed that Prince Harry is "devastated" by the ongoing feud with his brother and wants better things for his own two children.
Prince Harry is devastated over the estrangement from Prince William and his “deepest upset” over his two children stems from the fallout with his brother, claims one royal expert. Despite the ongoing tensions between Prince Harry and the Royal Family, the 39-year-old has tried to mend fences with a visit to his father, King Charles, earlier this year following the reveal of his cancer diagnosis.
Flying to the UK just hours after the shock news broke, Harry reportedly had a meaningful 30-minute meeting with the King. Speaking to the Mirror, royal expert Tom Quinn said Harry’s “upset” over his feud with the Firm has made him want better for his children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3 – especially when it comes to their relationship with their cousins.
He said: “We know that Harry’s deepest upset concerns not just his lack of relationship with George, Charlotte and Louis, but also his own children’s lack of a relationship with their cousins.
“Harry and Meghan would love to get round the problem – they would love it if the cousins could meet regularly and have a positive relationship as they grow up, but they cannot see a way to do it while they themselves, Harry and Meghan, are estranged. Harry has said that he hopes the cousins can at least be friends as adults.”
